A new shareholding structure with Oscar Marchetto, Chief Executive Officer as main shareholder and the entrance of two managers Giancarlo Corazza, Chief Operating Officer, and Alessandro Zanchetta, Chief Financial Officer, form the new Board of Directors.

An empowering of the team that in previous years has lead Somec to conquer a worldwide presence in the naval market, laying the foundations for further development plans.

Somec operates worldwide in the major shipyards, and has accomplished successfully the outfitting of over 80 new ships and completed many refitting projects.
